Beaver County’s last property reassessment in 1982 had all the ugly: angry mobs, a KKK Klansman, about 12,000 appeals and, ultimately, a veritable election bloodbath the following year. Thirty-one people sought party nominations for county commissioner in 1983, and voters overturned the entire board for the only time in at least the last 60 years….
