Chippewa Car Dealership Facing 78 Summary Charges Filed By State Police

A Chippewa car dealership has been issued dozens of citations following an inspection by Pennsylvania State Police.

Beaver County Nissan is facing 78 separate summary charges alleging the company failed to abide by and comply with laws pertaining to the issuance of temporary registration plates and cards, according to court dockets.

The citations were filed on September 17 and 18 as the result of an inspection conducted by a state trooper based out of the Brighton Township barracks.
