On October 3rd, the Beaver Countian submitted Right-To-Know requests through the County Commissioner’s Office seeking information related to the Beaver County Public Defender’s Office. On October 11th the Beaver Countian received a letter explaining the county was conducting a “legal review” of the request. Previous requests had been filled by the county within 5 days….
