Beaver County Treasurer Connie Javens suggested the county should get a gun, after saying an investment in life insurance policies wasn’t profitable because no one has died in the past 8 years. The off color humor came during a public meeting of the county Retirement Board on Tuesday, of which Javens is a board member….
