Treasurer’s Son Waives Preliminary Hearing In Gunshot Case

A man who stands accused of firing a gun inside of Beaver County Treasurer Connie Javens’ house waived his right to a preliminary hearing today. Dan Javens, 52 of Monaca, was arrested back on March 14th after police say the man got into a verbal altercation with his wife (listen to audio of emergency dispatch)….
